The Latest – NBC News: NASA looks to slam into an asteroid

NASA is officially on a historic mission to slam into an asteroid. A spacecraft just launched from California to test whether it can knock the space rock off course. But the results will take a while since the spacecraft won’t arrive for ten months. NASA says the asteroid isn’t a threat.

While at least 600 Google employees are taking action against the tech giant’s COVID vaccine mandate. They signed a manifesto asking executives to replace the mandate with one that’s quote – “inclusive of all Googlers.” Workers are required to be vaccinated by next Friday.
