WELLS CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The Indiana Department of Transportation has announced the closure of S.R. 218 between Warren and Poneto for bridge construction.
Crews are scheduled to begin work on or after April 11 and are expected to wrap up in mid-May.
All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
During construction, drivers should use the posted detour of S.R. 3, S.R. 18 and S.R. 1, or seek an alternate route.
INDOT reminds motorists to slow down, use extra caution and drive distraction-free when traveling in and around all work zones.
