NOBLE CO., Ind. (ADAMS) – The Indiana Department of Transportation says that bridge work will affect a stretch of road in Noble County starting Tuesday, May 28.
A portion of State Road 8 will close while crews will be completing a thin deck overlay between State Road 9 and State Road 3.
Work on the project is expected to last for approximately two weeks. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
During the closure, drivers should use the approved detour of S.R. 9, U.S. 6 and S.R. 3, or week an alternate route.
INDOT encourages drivers to consider safety for all by slowing down, using extra caution and driving distraction-free when traveling in and around all work zones.
