Funeral arrangements for Cindy Henry have been announced. Cindy’s funeral is set for Friday at 11 a.m. at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church on Barthold Street in Fort Wayne, and visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday at the church. Visitation will also be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Divine Mercy Funeral Home.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Fort Wayne’s First Lady passed away over the weekend. Mayor Henry’s office said Cindy Henry was surrounded by family when she peacefully passed after a battle with pancreatic cancer. Mayor Henry announced her diagnosis about a year ago.
Cindy was 67 years old. A statement from the mayor’s office said Cindy had a caring heart, a loving spirit, and an infectious laugh

Cindy Henry passed away peacefully Saturday evening surrounded by her family. Cindy had a caring heart, a loving spirit, and an infectious laugh. Her contributions to our community are immeasurable, and her family and friends will miss her. Mayor Henry and his family thank you for your continued thoughts and prayers, but also ask for privacy as they both grieve and celebrate the life of their beautiful Cindy.
