INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – The Indiana Supreme Court is reprimanding Wells County Prosecutor Andrew Carnall for picking up his son after he was stopped for allegedly driving drunk on July 2nd.
Carnall admitted he violated professional conduct rules, agreed with the public reprimand and will pay $274 in court costs.
He released a statement this summer saying he made a “poor decision” to ask the deputy if he could come to get his son from the traffic stop.
