FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – In an effort to fill more than 100 positions, Sweetwater is hosting an open house hiring event on Saturday, October 22 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm at 5501 U.S. Highway 30 West in Fort Wayne.
Visit Sweetwater’s one-of-a-kind campus and meet one-on-one with HR representatives to learn more about opportunities to join a talented team of hard-working people dedicated to helping musicians make their musical dreams come true.
“We continue to grow at a rapid pace and have numerous immediate positions available in our 580,000 square foot climate-controlled distribution center in Fort Wayne,” said Director of Distribution Center Human Resources Jen Lock. “In addition, we’re looking for customer service representatives and account coordinators to help provide the exceptional customer service for which we are known.”

Sweetwater promotes a positive working environment where team members are valued and celebrated. There are many opportunities for advancement, including promotions in other areas of the company. Amenities include an on-site diner, access to Sweetwater’s free medical clinic with a full-time doctor & nurse, a fitness center & personal trainer, salon & spa, and more. In addition, Sweetwater offers DailyPay, which allows employees to access their earnings before payday.
Starting pay for shipping specialists is $15-$16 per hour, including a $1 per hour time & attendance bonus. Through December, Sweetwater is offering an additional $1 per hour attendance incentive. Available full-time shifts include second shift (3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.) Monday through Friday as well as weekend shift (7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.) Saturday, Sunday, and one weekday. There are also part-time opportunities available on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Seasonal positions are open for first, second, and weekend shifts through the first week of January.
