FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) -A Fort Wayne woman has been cleared of charges that she murdered her husband.
A jury in Allen County yesterday found Susan Behny not guilty for the shotgun killing of her husband Kenneth in southwest Fort Wayne.
Fort Wayne Police had only circumstantial evidence because they say they never found the gun used to kill him.
Investigators argued that two people were in the Behny home at 3633 Turf Lane back in November of last year, but only one person survived.
The not guilty verdict means charges cannot be refiled.
