FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – A self-confessed “serial pedophile” is in jail in Fort Wayne. Dusty Cornett wrote a letter to prosecutors last fall in which he admitted to molesting at least eight young children. He said he would get high on meth, then either have sex in front of the kids, touch the kids inappropriately, or film them naked.
Cornett claims to have molested children in Indiana and two other states. Cornett says many of his crimes are federal. He’s currently being held on drug and sex charges in Fort Wayne for a case where prosecutors say he and his girlfriend molested a child together. He’s facing decades in prison if convicted.
