FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – One city councilman in Fort Wayne is looking to put the head of the city’s trash company under oath.
On Tuesday, Councilman Russ Jehl asked what it would take to subpoena Red River Waste Solutions’ CEO to come and speak before the city council.
Red River is going through bankruptcy, but Jehl says there have been complaints for years about the company’s trash service in Fort Wayne.
The city’s lawyers say there are some steps to take before they could subpoena the CEO, and warn it won’t be a quick process.
