FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Lutheran Health Network broke ground on a new facility that aims to bring additional healthcare access to residents of northwest Fort Wayne and Huntertown.
The medical office building being built at 12404 Lima Road will provide primary care, urgent care, laboratory and imaging services. The facility will open for patient care in summer 2022. Construction on the 22,000 square foot project will begin immediately.

Wayne residents,” said Scott Teffeteller, CEO of Lutheran Health Network. “This announcement reinforces that we are putting our resources toward increased medical services, facilities and technologies that are important to our patients.”
MKM architecture + design is the architect for the project. The general contractor is FCI Construction. “The Huntertown area is a growing community including many new housing developments, which builds the demand for quality healthcare services. We welcome Lutheran Health Network to our community to serve our residents’ needs for medical care close to home,” said Brandon Seifert, Huntertown Town Council Member & Redevelopment Commission President.
