INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – A bill aimed at increasing mental health resources for Hoosiers is advancing at the Statehouse.
The measure passed out of the House on Monday after already being passed by the Senate.
Now, lawmakers must determine how they will fund the crisis hotline and mobile units to respond to mental health crisis reports across the state.
One proposal being considered in the House is an increase in cigarette taxes to pay for the bill.
