FRANKFORT, Ind. (ADAMS) – No one is saying if the grandmother and granddaughter gunned down at a central Indiana manufacturing plant were targeted or just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Clinton County Sheriff Rich Kelly yesterday said it’s too soon to say why 62-year-old Pamela Sled and her 21-year-old granddaughter Promise Mays were shot and killed. The man who authorities say pulled the trigger, 26-year-old Gary Ferrell the Second, is in jail. He led police on a high-speed chase after the shooting at NHK Seating in Frankfort. Ferrell worked with the women at the plant.
