INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – Data shows Eli Lilly’s Alzheimer’s drug reduces brain plaque in patients in the early stages of the disease.
A higher dose of the experimental treatment remternetug had a bigger effect on clearing a plaque that disrupts cell function in the brain in Alzheimer’s patients.
The pharmaceutical company has been trying to bring a treatment for the disease to the market for decades now.
