UPDATE (January 5, 2023):
The Allen County Coroner says an 18-year-old was the victim in a deadly South Anthony Boulevard shooting. She and another person were shot on Tuesday.
Police say three people are now facing charges. The other victim, an adult male, was initially listed. in critical condition. His current condition is unknown.
On Wednesday, the coroner released her identity and ruled her death a Homicide.

The autopsy has been completed and notification has been made to the next of kin for the female victim that was shot by perpetrator(s) in the 2500 block of South Anthony Boulevard, in Fort Wayne, on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, at approximately 19:04 hours. The decedent was pronounced deceased at the scene by Three Rivers Ambulance Authority at 19:19 hours.
The decedent has been positively identified as Jocelyn M. Bolf, female, White, 18 years of age from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Indiana.
Cause of Death has been determined to be Multiple Gunshot Wounds and the Manner of Death is Homicide.
Jocelyn M. Bolf is the 1st Homicide for Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2023.
The incident remains under investigation by the Fort Wayne Police Department, the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Allen County Coroner’s Office.
UPDATE (January 4, 2023):
Fort Wayne Police Department officials say that three people have been arrested in connection to a deadly double shooting on Tuesday evening.
On January 3rd, 2023 at 1904 hours, Fort Wayne Police Officers responded to the reported shooting.
Police say a vehicle containing two gunshot victims was located in the area of 2500 S. Anthony Blvd. One victim was pronounced deceased on scene and the second victim was transported to the hospital and classified to be in life-threatening condition.
Fort Wayne Homicide detectives conducted the investigation and say that they have now criminally charged Rapheal Brown, Rashun Carter, and Swanyea Taylor with Murder, Attempted Murder, and Criminal Recklessness w/ a Deadly Weapon.
All suspects are currently confined at the Allen County Jail.
No further details were released.
The Homicide Unit was assisted by the Gang and Violent Crimes Unit, the Vice and Narcotics Unit, the Aerial Support Unit, Uniform Operations Division, the Indiana State Police, and the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

ORIGINAL STORY:
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – A double shooting has killed one woman and left a second in life-threatening condition. The shots were fired Tuesday evening near the intersection of South Anthony Boulevard and Simons Street just after 7 p.m.
A woman was found dead and a man was hospitalized.
Police have not provided information on any possible suspects but are asking for the public to come forward with any tips by calling the Fort Wayne Police Department or using Crime Stoppers.
FWPD officials released the following:
On Tuesday, 01/03/23, at approximately 07:05 PM, the City of Fort Wayne Police Department responded to the area of Simons Street and Anthony Blvd after receiving several calls regarding shots being fired and a vehicle accident.
Officers arrived on scene to find an adult female who was pronounced deceased at the scene. An adult male was also located on scene and was transported to a local hospital where he was downgraded to life-threatening condition.
There were multiple buildings nearby that were damaged during the incident. Detectives are canvasing the area and speaking with several witnesses.
The coroner’s office will release the name of the deceased once notification has been made to the next of kin
