FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – City Utilities says that in continued efforts to improve customer service, it has partnered with Walmart to allow customers to pay their water bills near where they live.
Customers can now pay their bill at any Walmart store in Fort Wayne, which will post immediately to their account.
City Utilities released the following:
Customers will need to have their utility bill or 15-digit account number to make the cash-only payment at Walmart. The store will charge a $2.00 convenience fee.
Customers can now pay at any of the five Walmart stores in the area.

Other Convenient Payment Options
The five new pay locations join other easy payment options already in place by City Utilities.
An outside kiosk at Citizens Square, 200 East Berry Street, allows customers to make payments 24 hours a day and seven days a week. Kiosk payments will post in real-time to a customer’s account. A second kiosk inside Citizens Square is available when the building is open and posts to the account in real-time. Customers can make payments with cash, checks, or credit/debit cards at the kiosks.
Additionally, customers can make payments from home through the City Utilities’ website using a credit card, E-check, Amazon Pay, Paypal, or Venmo, or by phone using a credit/debit card or E-Check by calling 427-1234.
