SOUTH BEND, Ind. (ADAMS) – When the EA Sports college football franchise returns, one of the classic programs may not be part of it.
Notre Dame athletic director Jack Swarbrick says he wants to wait until new rules that will determine whether players can profit off their likeness are finalized before giving the okay to put the program in the game.
Swarbrick says the athletes should be able to benefit from having their likeness used. EA Sports announced earlier this year that they would be bringing the classic college football game back.
