MUNCIE, Ind. (ADAMS) – A Muncie Police officer is accused of driving while intoxicated.
Indiana State Police arrested Damon Stovall Sunday.
They were notified by the Muncie Chief of Police that the officer may have been drunk driving.
Stovall’s blood alcohol content was found to be more than twice the legal limit.
