FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – A Fort Wayne jury says Donte Curry is not guilty of killing Harold Von Harrington in November 2015 as Von Harrington was sitting in his car listening to music.
WANE-TV reports that jurors deliberated for over five and a half hours before returning the verdict.
Defense attorney Robert Scremin said there was no surveillance video or DNA evidence linking Curry to the murder.
