MANCHESTER, Ind. (ADAMS) – The ACLU of Indiana is asking a judge to tell school leaders in Manchester, Indiana to back-off of a student’s t-shirt.

The ACLU says sending Eades home violated his First Amendment rights.
Manchester Schools say they sent Eades home because his shirt ‘threatened to disrupt or distract other students.’
