FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – Fort Wayne Police Sergeant Joshua Hartup is pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of not yielding to a pedestrian.
Officer Hartup hit attorney Henry Najedski in April at crossed Main Street at Calhoun. He was fined $35.50 for the infraction.
WANE-TV reports that Hartup has not been disciplined by the Fort Wayne Police Department for the crash.
